        In 2002 I was following the 
        dietary recommendations of Dr. Doug Graham.  Dr. Graham recommends 
        eating about 80% fruit.  I have backed way down on my fruit intake 
        since this article was written.  I am now eating 20% fruit and 
        about 80% vegetables.  I believe this is a healthier balance for 
        me.  But, I recognize that 80% fruit works very well for Dr. 
        Graham, who I usually cite as the healthiest person I've ever gotten to 
        know.
